About Nash Solutions

Your Partner in Growth

Hands-on consulting and coaching tailored for small business owners.

We’ve seen it too many times:

Small and mid-sized businesses working harder than ever, yet still stuck — fixing the same problems again and again. Leaders feel frustrated, teams feel scattered, and progress feels just out of reach.

We know that frustration because we’ve lived it.

Over the years, we’ve worked inside organizations where surface fixes were the norm. A new process here, a quick policy there — but nothing ever truly changed. And when nothing changes at the root, businesses stay stuck in the same cycle.

That’s why we started Nash Solutions.

At its core, this isn’t about buzzwords or complicated systems. It’s about helping leaders and teams:

  • See clearly what’s really holding them back.

  • Build practical systems they’ll actually use.

  • Create momentum that compounds into long-term growth.

Because here’s the truth: business problems aren’t just process problems — they’re leadership problems, alignment problems, people problems. And when you address those root issues, everything else begins to shift.

Our role isn’t to be the hero of your story.

You’re the hero.

We’re the guide who helps you step out of the cycle of surface fixes and into lasting progress.

Let’s talk about your story.

Paul Nash

Owner & Founder

“I’ve worked everywhere from coffee shops to manufacturing floors to managing businesses — and not all of those experiences were smooth. I’ve made mistakes, taken on too much, and even found myself burned out working 80-hour weeks with very little to show for it. Those failures were some of my greatest teachers.

What I learned is that most business struggles don’t come from a lack of effort — they come from unclear direction, broken systems, or leadership that doesn’t know how to get unstuck. I’ve seen it, lived it, and decided to build something better.

Now, I bring those lessons into every conversation. My role isn’t just to offer strategies — it’s to walk with you, help uncover root problems, and design systems that actually work.

Outside of work, you’ll probably find me gaming with friends, exploring outdoors, or trying new things just to see where they lead. Curiosity, persistence, and a willingness to learn from failure shape both who I am and how I help businesses grow.”
